Tarot Course 

This course covers how to interpret the Tarot cards and work with your intuition to enable you to have a clear understanding of the symbols and meanings of the complete Tarot Deck.

Angel Workshop

This course will allow you to know your angels and let them become part of your everyday life.The courses will increase your ability to use your intuition and visualization skills, and will also clear blocks to vibrant health, relationships, finances, career and self actualisation, as well as help you to overcome worry and fear.   

Reiki I, or Reiki First Degree 

For the Course weekend it is recommended that you wear loose, comfortable clothing. A vegetarian lunch, as well as tea, coffee and refreshments will be provided.

On the Course we will talk about the origins and history of Reiki, and the Reiki principles. This traditional Japanese healing art will open you up to the Reiki energy, allowing it to flow through you, and enabling you to give Reiki treatments to your family and friends and those around you. These simple empowerments will stay with you forever.

We will do some self-healing meditations and self-healing treatments, so you can feel the energy making you stronger and creating a clearer channel for the Reiki. It is a very important discipline to give yourself a Reiki treatment every day.

Energy exercises will be demonstrated and practised, sometimes in pairs or by yourself. These are fun to try and a very effective way of experiencing energy from a different perspective eg feeling energy between your hands and learning how to energy balls.

During the afternoon we will talk about treating other people and how this is done. You will be taught how to 'scan' the body with your hands allowing your intuition to be involved, and then practise this exercise and discuss how it felt for you. When this has been completed you will pair up with another student and give a full Reiki treatment, front and back of the body, and get feedback from them before you swap!

We will do some more meditation exercises for you to end the day calmly and peacefully.

A Certificate will be awarded after completion of the Course.

Reiki II, or Reiki First Degree 

We start the Course by discussing and reviewing the experiences the students have had since obtaining their Reiki First Degree.  At Reiki Second Degree, three Reiki symbols are introduced and detailed information will be given on their individual meaning, pronunciation and how they are used when giving a Reiki treatment. The range of different ways the symbols are used will be explained when used in practice.

Three empowerments will be given during the course of the day and you will be introduced to various energy exercises. You will use the symbols on each other to practise their effects and learn how they are used. For example, the symbol for distance healing creates a state of oneness and can also be used for treating someone; it does not however, produce energy. It creates a state where you can move beyond time and space. So Anita will instruct you how to draw it, how to say its name, and how to send it.

A meditation exercise will be carried out before the close of the first day.

Second day

At the beginning of the second part of the Course we will do a review of the things we did on the previous day. Students can raise questions and any points they wish to discuss.

We will go through the symbols again to make sure they are fully understood and students will demonstrate their knowledge by using them on each other in various ways.

A certificate will be given on completion of the Course.

Reiki review evenings will be arranged for students to meet up again, sharing experiences and giving and receiving Reiki treatments. The evenings are very relaxed and enjoyable. 

Reiki Master/Teacher Course

This course enables the student to teach Reiki and to hold classes. Not many people take this higher path, but once they do, everything from this point becomes Reiki - you live it!

Each course is accompanied by a manual that covers everything Anita teaches on the day and a lot more, so note-taking is not necessary. We have created a CD with guided meditations and the important information discussed during the Course which you can take home with you and listen to at your leisure. This is a much better way of retaining some of the course content which can be easily forgotten when you return home.

Course Detail

The Course is run over two days, starting at 10.00am and finishing at 4.00pm on the first day and starting at 10.00am and finishing at 3.00pm on the second day.

During the two days you will learn about Japanese Empowerments and Western Atonements and how to give these to your own students; the Western Atonements are very busy and complicated, however the original Reiju empowerment which Mikao Usui used on his own students is much simpler.

We review what has happened since Reiki II and discuss an overview of the Usui original system and how we can echo his approaches. You will learn new symbols and practise using the different symbol energies.  Sounds are also introduced.

You will be given practice sessions on performing the three arts (Reiki 1, Reiki 11, and Master) and how to give atonements to others.

There is always lively discussion and many questions which I will answer to the best of my ability! The course is a lot of fun together with very Spiritual, meaningful and enlightening moments.

The Certificate

The course will be accompanied by a certificate, confirming you have received training up to Master/Teacher level.
